That’s right, doing housework is good for you from the perspective that it makes your body work and that burns up calories. When you burn calories you set in motion the weight loss process and if you can do that by taking what you used to see as a chore and turn it into a viable daily exercise routine, which let’s face it is exactly what it is, then you set yourself up for some healthier days ahead!
So what is with about doing the housework that you can turn into an exercise workout?
Simple. Take some rousing music and do your sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning to its rhythm and really put your energy into each brush stroke, each swish of the mop, each rubbing motion with a cloth.
